Gripsta Shipping and Refund Policy

All sales are final and no returns are accepted nor refunds provided except as
specifically provided herein.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your
item to request a return.

Processing/Fulfillment

Every order is carefully inspected and prepared.  Certain variables may affect the processing and fulfillment time. Please allow reasonable time for orders to be fulfilled.  

Shipping  

Estimated shipping days noted at the time of shipping selection are based on North American business days (Monday- Friday) but may be additional effected by other variables such as, but not limited to, implement weather, export and import Customs, US and International Holidays, weekends, shipping location destination, improper provided address, language font/characters other than English, non provided or incorrect email/phone/name, etc. 

International Duty/Taxes

All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer for international orders

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is
defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue
and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders
or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about
your specific item.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Initiating a Return and Requesting Refund or Exchange
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@gripsta.com and explain your reason
for the desired return.  Grispta Gear reserves the absolute right to deny your
request for return for any reason.
If return is allowed, we’ll send you a Return Number (“RN”) along with instructions on
how and where to send your package. The RN must be included with the return. Your
item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags,
and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
Items sent to us without the RN or otherwise not in compliance with this policy
return will not be accepted and will be discarded.
Returns will be sent to the following address: Gripsta Gear, Attention Returns, P.O. Box
1850, Prosper, Texas, 75078, and you must pay all shipping and insurance
associated with the return.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless the wrong item was shipped by us. To request an
exchange, initiate the return policy as described herein. Once the return is accepted,
we will ship the correct item to you at no additional cost to you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if
the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your
original payment method within 10 business days, less a restocking fee of 25%.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to
process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since
we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@gripsta.com.
